I have had a love for baking since I was 13 years old, experimenting in the kitchen baking cakes, cookies and brownies. I also have a love for art and being creative and have received awards in art throughout my childhood years.  As an adult I incorporate my love for the two and create cakes that are works of art.

I have completed Wilton Cake Courses 1, 2 and 3.  I have a background in oil painting and sculpting which helps when I'm designing my cakes. I've also taken classes with award winning cake artists Elisa Strauss, Toba Garrett and Buddy Valastro who now has his own show 'Cake Boss' on the TLC Chanel.

I belong to the NYC Cake Decorators Group as well as the NJ Cake Decorators Group and the California Cake Club. I am also a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe.
