On July 18th i had the pleasure of taking a class with Lauri Ditunno owner of Cake Alchemy and one of the stars of WE tv's 'Amazing Cakes'.

We made a Cigar Humidor Box

Elisa Strauss is a famed Cake Decorator in New York City and has appeared in many cake challenges on The Food Network and on Paula Deens show. She is author of two cake decorating books and i've had the pleasure of taking a class with her.

On Sunday January 18th 2009, I had the pleasure of taking a cake class with Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo's Bakery. Buddy's cakes have been featured in many bridal magazines and has competed on Food Network's Cake Challenges. Buddy has done cakes for celebrities such as Susan Lucci and most recent Britney Spears. He now has a hit show on TLC called 'Cake Boss'.
