Elisa Strauss

Elisa Strauss is a famed Cake Decorator in New York City and has appeared in many cake challenges on The Food Network and on Paula Deens show. She is author of two cake decorating books and i've had the pleasure of taking a class with her.

  

 

 

 

 

 This is a monster cake she designed featured in her lastest book.
