Over this past weekend I picked up an Alice-In-Wonderland-Tea-Party themed cake from Yvette which I ordered a month or two before. Since I placed the order I was stressed thinking-will it look like I imagine? Will it taste as good as it looks??? I have to say I wasn't surprised (although stressed) as I had confidence in Yvette-THE CAKE WAS ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING TO LOOK AT!!! It was exactly what she wanted (and what I wanted for that matter) and when it came time to cut it-thank God Yvette gave me instructions-the cake is by far the best cake I have ever had!! The ENTIRE party raved about the cake all night from walking in and seeing it to asking for second slices! I have to have another party just to have Yvette make us another cake, thx Yvette! Yvette's cakes are absolutely amazing! My first experience with one of her cakes was for my baby shower. The cake was a diaper bag with baby blocks and accessories! At first I didn't even realize it was a cake! Surely enough, i had a slice and it was heaven! All of my guest were so impressed, they contacted her for their events as well! I ordered a cake for my daughters 3rd birthday party last year, and I was absolutely amazed at the finished product. The theme was "circus" and I had NO idea what kind of cake I wanted, just something to go along with the theme. I emailed Yvette and she said she immediately had tons of ideas and was just as excited as I was to make the cake! She made a beautiful cicus cake, brightly colored topped with clowns and animals of sorts, it was more than I could have imagined! The design was amazing and the cake was DELICIOUS! I thought I'd have some to take home because it was so big, but it tasted so good it was gone in seconds!
